BATH TWP.: The Board of Trustees approved Tuesday an agreement with Summit County for a portion of the township’s pavement maintenance for 2013.

This resolution will permit the county engineer’s office to establish estimated costs, construction engineering documents, competitive bidding procedures and inspection of the work for certain roadways in the township.

Michael Rorar, interim and assistant service director and parks director, said this would be the third year of the collaborative program between Bath and the county.
