BATH TWP.: The sole resolution approved by trustees on Monday was essentially a bookkeeping item acknowledging the reimbursement of funds from a grant and increasing both the 2011 permanent appropriations and the 2012 certificate of estimated resources.

According to Fiscal Officer Sharon Troike, Bath was reimbursed $18,269.31 for work done under an Environmental Protection Agency nonpoint grant for wetlands restoration.  That restoration took place two areas in the Bath Nature Preserve, one near the Moore’s Chapel Cemetery and the other in the Garden Bowl.
