BATH TWP. – During the Jan. 15 regular meeting, the Revere Board of Education approved participation and authorization for up to three bids for conventional school bus chassis and bodies through the Ohio Schools Council for a fee of $325.

This action will enable the Ohio Schools Council to develop and advertise the bid specifications, per the Ohio Revised Code. It does not obligate Revere to complete any or all of the up-to-three bus purchases, according to Dave Forrest, Revere’s Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer; however, it does provide the district with options, he said.
