BATH TWP.: The Bath Business Association is a network of some 80 business owners and managers working together to promote business in Bath while preserving and enhancing the scenic and historical identity of the community. Members of the BBA encourage the essence of small-town business while working to be a positive influence in Bath.
Among its activities, the BBA sponsors the annual Wye Road Bridge Lighting; distributes Welcome Bags to new Bath residents; supports the Revere High School business class curriculum; hosts an annual Road Rally; and, in cooperation with the township, sponsors a Bath Community Garage Sale.
In addition, the BBA, now in its 11th year, supports many of the organizations in the community, such as the Bath Volunteers for Service’s Home Tour, the Bath Fire Department’s Horse Show, Bath Community Day and Western Reserve Playhouse’s seasonal playbill.
The BBA encourages membership of all businesses in Bath. Annual dues are $30 a year, and meetings take place the first Tuesday of each month, 5:30-6:30 p.m., in the Trustees Meeting Room, located in lower level of the Bath Township Administration Building, 3864 W. Bath Road. The next meeting is Feb. 5.
